ABOUT LARANJEIRAS CONDO
Located 25 kilometers from the historic center of Paraty and situated in a plain between the mountains and the sea, Laranjeiras Condominium was designed in the early 1970s, covering an area of 1,131 hectares, 95% of which is covered by Atlantic Forest.
The 292 plots range from 1,000 to 2,000 m² and are located facing the marina, golf course, beach, or hillside. For leisure, in addition to the beaches, the condominium offers a clubhouse with pools, a gym, and restaurants, tennis and multi-sports courts, a nine-hole golf course (Par 64), a Putting Green, and a Driving Range.

Praia das Laranjeiras – the largest and most frequented – is approximately 770 meters long and has 67 plots around it. At one of its ends, a river with crystal-clear waters flows into the beach, forming small lagoons – an ideal place for children to connect with nature and play safely. A small rocky island near the other end completes this natural landscape.
At the charming Praia da Fazenda, which is 470 meters long, there are 39 plots, almost all with a view of the open sea. The Praias do Sobrado and Vermelha each have one exclusive plot.
